This website

This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party scripts or fonts. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which as a hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Booking

If you book via Cal.com, they process the details you enter (name, email, any answers) to schedule the appointment. I receive those details to deliver the service. See Cal.com’s own privacy policy.

Email and Instagram

If you contact me by email or Instagram, I use your message only to reply and arrange the service. Those platforms have their own privacy policies.

Service records

For a check-up I keep your signed consent form, agreed scope, notes and report. I do not record camera footage, messages or passwords and I ask you not to share them. I keep the minimum needed.

Why and how long

Lawful bases: contract (delivering the service) and legitimate interests (keeping records, handling disputes). Records are kept for 6 years and then securely deleted, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing me. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
